Peru Highlights

Enjoy the highlights of one of the most amazing countries on the planet by experiencing the Amazonian rainforest; two of the world’s premier archeological sites, the highest navigable lake in the world, and the historical but now modern and bustling Latin city of Lima, Peru.

You will start your adventure in the impressive Peruvian virgin rainforests, surrounded by enormous variety of fauna and flora where you will observe birds, monkeys, caiman, and many other animals such as the sloth.

After having visited the Amazon jungle you will now journey to mysterious Cusco, capital of the Incas who founded the largest empire in the Americas. Then you will continue to the legendary lost city of Machu Picchu, a magical place where you will feel the Incas’ energy, no word can describe such a unique experience! Machu Pichu is a United Nations World Heritage site.

Once you have entered the Incas’ world you can’t miss the sacred Lake Titicaca, birthplace of the Incas and at twelve thousand feet, the highest navigable lake in the world with 26 rivers. To reach the lake, you will take a magnificent Andean mountain train journey from Cusco to Puno, located on the shores of Lake Titicaca where the ancient past is still preserved.

Although by now you will have seen four remarkable sites, one extraordinary world-famous view is missing, which you will see next. This is the enigmatic Nasca Lines that you will view by air. These giant figures drawn in the arid desert still mystify scientists and archeologists today.
