Booking a Trip

We want you to have a once in a lifetime experience. Booking a trip with ECS Travel is easy; please read the following information:

1. You can book a trip as it is set out on our web site just by filling out the reservation form and we will adapt the trip itinerary to your specified dates or If you want us to customize your trip to your exact requirements please e-mail us or call us to let us know your needs then we will prepare a detailed itinerary which is emailed to you in the next 24 hours. You have a look at the new itinerary, request changes or ask questions until you are satisfied that it looks right for you.
2. In order to start processing your trip booking we will require your full name as it appears on your passport, passport number, date of birth, nationality, international flight details and any medical or dietary requirements.
3. You will receive from our travel agent an Official Confirmation for your trip within the next seven days including the Reservation Code and Hotel names. Then you must send us an email confirming your agreement with the trip confirmation.
4. After getting your agreement we require a 50% deposit of the trip price to guarantee hotels, trains, tours and flights. The deposit may be done by VISA card or via bank wire within the next seven days.
5. After getting your 50% deposit we will send you an email as an electronic invoice confirming your deposit.
6. The balance may be paid seven days before starting the trip via VISA card or Bank wire or at your arrival in Lima. At your arrival in Lima all travel Vouchers & Tickets will be given to you. (Final payment may be paid in cash, Travelers Checks, VISA or MASTER Card).
7. We expect to receive your flight detail re-confirmation 48 hours before your arrival just to ensure there are no last minute changes; in the mean time please feel free to contact us if you require any assistance.

This Price:

Our Trip Prices include: domestic airfares, bus or train tickets, accommodation, excursions, and all transfers. This means when you get off a bus, plane, or train, you will be met by one of our representatives who will drive you to your hotel or to your next tour and 24 hour assistance to ensure you have a smooth and safe vacation.

Prices do not include:

International air fares to Peru, airport taxes, meals other than those specified in your itinerary, personal expenses, personal insurance, and tips.

Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of deposit.
• If you cancel your booking 59 to 02 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of deposit..
• If you cancel your trip while traveling in Peru, the cancellation fee is 100% of Trip price.

Privacy policy:

All the information you provide us, full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, telephone number, and address or your credit card info will be used strictly to process your trip arrangements. This information will not be shared with anyone
